About the Role Lead iOS projects, driving key architectural decisions. Hands-on coding to set development standards and patterns. Conduct hands-on code reviews, ensuring high standards. Mentor and pair-program with junior developers for skill development. Hands-on resolution of complex technical issues. Optimize codebase for performance and stability. Actively code alongside cross-functional teams. Ensure seamless integration of iOS apps with system components. Implement secure coding practices. Ensure apps comply with Apple's guidelines and security standards. Dive into coding while overseeing project milestones. Ensure projects meet scalability and maintainability standards. Lead by example in adopting new technologies. Facilitate hands-on learning sessions within the team. Telecommuting permissible from anywhere in the US.
Salary Range: $206,315 - $211,315 Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements. What You'll Do
Swift, iOS SDK, and design patterns; Swift language features, Objective-C, and iOS coding standards; Xcode debugging tools, Instruments, and optimization techniques; iOS app lifecycle, UIKit, and communication protocols; iOS security mechanisms and App Store guidelines; and Proactive learning of new iOS technologies, Swift updates, and emerging frameworks. Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, or related field and seven (7) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in Information Technology or in the job offered or related role.
