Alpha Marketing leads marketing for BlackRock’s alpha-generating platforms across active EQ, active FI, multi-asset strategies and private markets. Our mission is to help BlackRock’s partners and clients to achieve the alpha so critical to their investment needs and objectives. We are responsible for building BlackRock’s active and alternatives brands and marketing our full range of investment vehicles across client segments globally.Role and impactThe Alpha Marketing team is seeking a world-class marketer for our private debt business. The core focus will be to raise awareness of our platform; establish and develop our spokespeople; drive content generation and distribution across mediums (video, audio, written) and platforms (web, social media, events, etc.); and supercharge our platform narrative and integrated marketing campaigns.The successful candidate will work in close partnership with our debt and alternatives marketing leadership as well as our investors and product strategists. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
