3+ years of experience in patent prosecution. Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Technical background preferred, particularly in engineering or physics fields. Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:
Active registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Skills:
Strong analytical and research skills for patent documentation and prosecution. Excellent written and verbal communication for clear client interactions. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in legal and technical documents. Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple projects effectively.
