Overview:CAB Enterprises, Inc ('CAB Enterprises' or the 'Company') is the exclusive sales and customer service company representing the Electrolit brand in the United States. The primary objective of the Company is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the United States.Position Summary:The role of Corporate Counsel at Electrolit entails providing detailed legal counsel on complex matters. Responsibilities include offering legal advice to various departments, managing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing intellectual property matters, and developing policies to minimize risks.Location:
