Prepare clients accounting records using quickbooks online or Thomson Reuters Accounting Software.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.Reconcile accounts and review discrepancies to maintain precise financial data.Assist clients with accounting inquiries and support them in understanding financial reports.Prepare tax returns for S-Corporations, Partnerships and individuals.Collaborate with senior accountants to develop and implement effective accounting procedures.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.0-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting setting.Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Benefits100% of Health Insurance covered, 401k, Voluntary Benefits, PTO.
