Lead Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer with 12 to 20 years of experience to design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities, and Knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Salesforce solutions, integrating external applications, automating business processes, and ensuring adherence to coding standards in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Salesforce solutions across various Salesforce Clouds, including Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud

• Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization, including APEX classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components

• Automate processes using Salesforce tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts

• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, and Single Sign-On

• Migrate changes across environments using CI technologies like Salesforce DX, Jenkins, and ANT

• Perform data updates and migrations with Data Loader and similar tools

• Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze and assign user stories, and address functional gaps

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code that adheres to defined coding standards

• Conduct independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage

• Debug and resolve production issues and defects

• Document technical approaches and designs as required

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of IT experience, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce project development

• Strong experience in Salesforce customization and configuration (1+ modules from Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities, or Knowledge)

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce customizations, including Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes

• Proven experience in integration techniques such as REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, and Single Sign-On

• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, including migrating features from Classic and converting Visualforce pages to Lightning components

• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, ANT, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE

• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment

• Strong preference for Salesforce.com certifications: Certified Platform Developer I and II

Preferred Qualifications:

• Development experience with UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript

• Experience with ETL tools, particularly MuleSoft or Informatica Cloud

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, or equivalent experience
