Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Data Entry/ Customer Service Rep to support a company in Lake Forest, CA. This role starts immediately and pays $18.43/ hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Communication:
Communicate professionally with time-share owners and Board of Directors via email.
Exhibit excellent email etiquette and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Phone-based Customer Service:
Handle inbound phone calls from customers with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on time-share matters.
Data Entry and Documentation:
Input accurate and detailed information into the internal CRM database.
Document customer interactions and maintain organized records of conversations.
Training and Development:
Participate in 1:1 training sessions provided by the manager.
Embrace a learning mindset as all aspects of the role are trainable.
Requirements:
Experience in communicating professionally via email.
Proficiency in MS Outlook for email communication.
Willingness to learn and be trained on MS Excel and MS Teams.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Comfortable handling heavy phone-based customer service.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic call center/admin environment.
