Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Technical Business/Systems Analyst to join their leasing and lending technology team. As a Technical Business/Systems Analyst, you will be part of the technology team supporting leasing and lending operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in leasing, lending, or financial services technology.
Job Title: Technical Business/Systems Analyst
Location: Jersey City hybrid (1x/week in JC)
Pay Range: $55-60/hour W2
What's the Job?
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and analyze business and system requirements related to leasing and lending workflows.
Create detailed technical specifications, user stories, and process flows that meet business needs and support technology solutions.
Configure leasing and lending platforms to align with business requirements, including setting up workflows, data fields, rules, and automation processes.
Develop test cases, perform testing (unit, integration, and regression testing), and validate solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track key metrics and performance indicators for leasing and lending operations.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in leasing, lending, or financial services technology.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with data modeling, APIs, and integration methods.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
