Senior Director Human Resources

to join our leadership team. This critical role will shape and execute HR strategies that align with our organization’s business objectives, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the best talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and compassion.

As the Senior Director HR, you will partner with the executive management team, stakeholders, and the board of directors to shape a forward-thinking human resources strategy that will drive our success for years to come. You will lead initiatives in succession planning, talent management, organizational design, change management, performance management, employee development, and compensation.

What You’ll Do:

HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business plan, ensuring talent practices support growth and success.

Drive Talent Management: Oversee succession planning and talent development efforts to ensure we cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders.

Change Management: Guide the organization through periods of transformation, supporting leadership and employees as they adapt to new processes and structures.

Organizational Design & Performance: Lead initiatives to optimize organizational structures and performance management systems that drive high levels of employee engagement and productivity.

Champion Culture: Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that reflects our community values of equity, transparency, collaboration, accountability, honesty, and compassion.

Strategic Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, offering insight into HR trends, best practices, and strategic workforce planning.

Compensation & Development: Oversee compensation strategy and ensure training and development programs align with business goals, enabling employees to grow and thrive.

Who You Are:

You have a proven track record in human resources leadership, with significant experience in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.

You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR best practices, and you have the ability to execute on complex initiatives with a focus on results.

You possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

You are passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where people thrive.

You have experience collaborating with executive teams and board members to drive HR initiatives that support overall business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

8+ years of HR leadership experience.

Expertise in succession planning, change management, organizational development, and performance management.

Strong understanding of compensation and benefits programs.

Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
