What you’ll do
As the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic talent acquisition plan that attracts top talent to the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of talent specialists, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across all levels and departments. Your expertise in recruitment, employer branding, and talent strategy will be key to building and nurturing a diverse, high-performing team.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talent acquisition specialists and recruiters, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Partnership Building:
Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and support strategic hiring decisions.
Data-Driven Decisions:
Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate quality, and time-to-hire.
Who you are
8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in developing talent acquisition strategies and managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Health care recruitment
Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and sourcing tools
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Experience with employer branding and diversity initiatives
