Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on affordable housing. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
