Responsibilities:
Accountable for representing IS to each assigned BayCare facility and or business partner through problem and or service management, project planning, and support for the facility's and or business partner's strategic objectives. Charged with continually enhancing the customer and IS relationship. Other responsibilities include participating in ongoing improvement efforts in IS processes. Requires excellent skills in communication, time management, organization, process improvement, and managing relationships. Minimum Qualifications:
Required - 8 years - Information Technology; Or - 5 years - Relevant experience with Bachelors; Preferred - 3 years - Customer Service; Preferred - 3 years - Project Management.
