Responsibilities
Design special logistic machines for deployment projectsDesign mechanical and electrical hardware interfaces between Exotec products and client systemsWrite the specifications for all hardware design of the projectsAnalyze client hardware needs and architecture, and make optimized technical proposalsValidate layouts of the systems designed by hardware techniciansEnsure a proper handover of designed machines to the operational teams on client siteSupport (on-site or remotely) the operational teams when neededRequirements
BSc degree with a focus in robotics, mechatronics or mechanical engineering3+ years of professional engineering experience within the materials handling, industrial/warehouse robotics or logistics/distribution/supply chain spaceFlexibility with travel to client sites up to 40% of working hoursAbility to switch from an overall vision to an advanced technical tasksOrganized, accurate and a strong attention to detailGood problem solver who works methodicallyBenefits
