This is a remote position.
The VP, Account Director leads an assigned portfolio of brands or a enterprise client providing strategic direction, tactical planning, and executional oversight of advertising services. You will have direct management of an experienced and established account team. Direct responsibility to build productive client relationships, ensure agency delivery, manage and motivate agency team, and increase agency revenues.
You Will:
Manage all activities across account, including Account Director-level direct reports
Ensure client relationships remain positive and productive by being sensitive to evolving client needs and proposing solutions
Lead a Senior Creative Review, a review of tactics before marketing review, to ensure the agency is providing top-notch, on-strategy tactical deliverables
Manage the agency scope, creative development of quality deliverables across the range of our scope
Collaborate with other agency leaders to ensure dependencies remain on track and updates are shared in real time
Have a understanding of client’s business issues and procedures and have a pulse on industry trends
Recognize and maximize growth opportunities; look for opportunities to upsell
Exhibits experience shifting between execution of daily projects and strategic management of overall business
You Have:
Bachelor's degree
At least 8+ years of experience
Omnichannel or integrated digital experience
Attentive to details and processes
Comfortable in charting a new course with the clients and internally
Easily build partnership and trust with team, direct reports and clients
Flex and adapt to client needs, using experiences across companies to achieve organic growth
Viewed as an account leader with high level of comfort working in a virtual model
Preferred:
Flexibility to West Coast working hours aligning to our client’s location
