As a
Contract Analyst , you’ll manage a dedicated portion of the firm’s diverse, global contract portfolio by assessing business requirements, engaging with vendors on new and existing agreements, reconciling invoices, and improving our systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage the contract lifecycle of new and existing contracts for internal customers: onboarding new contracts, renewals of existing contracts, terminations, etc.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and internal customers (i.e. trading desks, Legal department, and Accounting)
Maintain accurate contract record database containing key data items and functionality
Facilitate the complete requisition approval process, including application of our cost allocation methodologies
Work with our accounting team to ensure a smooth and timely process for executing invoice payments, including invoice reconciliation when necessary
Assist with internal development teams to improve contract management systems and processes
Process requests to add, cancel or re-assign services due to moves, departures or change in business requirements
Produce regular scheduled and ad-hoc inventory and cost reporting to all levels of management
Contribute to the search for cost reductions and savings
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required
2+ years of experience in Procurement or relevant field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Excel required; Tableau experience is a plus
Unafraid to challenge consensus, ask questions and demonstrate ownership
Must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
