Human Resources Generalist - Weekend Shift

Weekend Shift F-M 8am-6pm!
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage a wide range of human resources functions and support the daily HR operations. This role will involve working closely with employees and management to foster a positive and productive work environment. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in various HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and training.
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies. Recruitment:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, manage the recruitment process, and coordinate onboarding for new employees. Performance Management:
Support the performance management process by assisting managers in setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and recommend updates to policies and practices as needed. Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs to support employee development, enhance skills, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. HR Administration:
Oversee employee record management, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Handle various HR documentation, including investigations, promotions, and terminations. Compensation and Benefits:
Provide information and assistance regarding compensation and benefits programs, and support employees with any related questions or concerns. Workforce Planning:
Assist in developing strategies to support workforce planning, employee retention, and overall talent management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in an HR role. Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
