Senior UI Developer

, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for a powerful real-time decision-making platform. Your expertise will help create seamless, responsive, and user-friendly experiences that drive the success of our site-facing applications.

In this role, you will work extensively with

Node.js, React, CSS, HTML

, and other modern web technologies to build dynamic and scalable front-end applications. You'll collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure a seamless integration of UI components, focusing on performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.

You will also contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, while maintaining code quality through testing and automation. Your leadership and technical skills will be critical in improving the user experience and aligning the UI with business needs in real time.

What you'll do:

Develop and Optimize User Interfaces

: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive, and scalable user interfaces using

React, Node.js, CSS, and HTML

, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Integrate with Backend Systems

: Collaborate with backend teams to integrate UI components with

RESTful services

and handle data efficiently, while having a basic understanding of

databases

(SQL/NoSQL) and

Solr

for search functionalities.

Ensure Code Quality and Performance

: Optimize applications for speed and efficiency, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and implement testing, automation, and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to align front-end solutions with business requirements and ensure a cohesive experience across the platform.

Drive UI/UX Best Practices

: Lead efforts to improve the overall user experience by adopting best practices in

UI/UX design

, performance optimization, and accessibility, continually iterating on the platform to meet user and business needs.

What you'll bring:

Proficiency in Front-End Technologies

: Deep expertise in

React, Node.js, CSS, HTML

, and modern web development frameworks, with the ability to build responsive, dynamic, and scalable user interfaces.

Backend Integration Skills

: Strong experience in integrating UI components with backend systems via

RESTful APIs

and basic knowledge of

databases

(SQL/NoSQL) to ensure smooth data flow between front-end and back-end. Familiarity with

Solr

or other search platforms is a plus.

Strong UI/UX Design Sensibility

: Ability to design and implement user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces that prioritize user experience, performance, and accessibility.

Performance Optimization

: Experience in optimizing web applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring low-latency, high-performance interfaces.

Problem-Solving and Innovation

: A proactive problem-solver with strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless integration and alignment of UI with business goals.

Sunnyvale, California US-04397:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
