As a Business Analyst in our Marketing Operations team, you will have the unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of data-promoted Operations Analytics/Modeling. You'll work hand in hand with our marketing execution and data teams to model staffing requirements, automate current resource processes, and develop requirements that provide end-to-end campaign analytics. Together, we'll ensure that these products align with our business objectives and deliver actionable insights to support data-promoted decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing and data teams to develop detailed modeling to support staffing requirements and pipeline analytics.
Design and develop resource models and data visualization dashboards.
Perform process & productivity analytics in support of resource modeling.
Assist in the transformation of working tools across the business, documenting data/reporting requirements, sizing process efficiencies, and other analysis.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Finance/Data Analyst.
Strong background in operational analytics.
Experience with SQL and modeling tools (e.g., Python, SAS).
Strong understanding & experience with data analytics tools and techniques (Alteryx, Tableau, Snowflake).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Marketing Connect, Optima, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Axiom).
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence (ML/AI).
