You’ll be curious, persistent, and at times persuasive.Responsibilities:Oversee the implementation of analytic approaches and integration of work into applications and tools with data scientists, data engineers, and business leads.Assist in leading teams in creating repeatable, interpretable, dynamic, and scalable models that are seamlessly incorporated into analytics solutions and deployable into production for business use.Participate in creating the analytics roadmap for complex analytics use case development.Consider complexity factors, such as scalability across models and use cases, in guiding the design of the master table.Identify and develop long-term processes, frameworks, tools, methods, and standards.Ensure the data science codebase is well structured, documented, and optimized as part of an efficient data pipeline.Collaborate with team/project leadership to ensure all underlying risks are proactively addressed in the overall solution design.Apply data science and machine learning techniques on large-scale data sets to solve clustering, classification, regression, anomaly detection problem statements, and optimization or simulation techniques to solve prescriptive problems.Utilize complex technologies, including cloud database technologies (AWS), Python, and R, to develop solutions for cloud computing services and infrastructure in the data and analytics space.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and five (5) years of related experience.Work Experience:
Two (2) years of experience must include: Python or R; Machine Learning Algorithms; Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling; Formulating analytical problems; Data Analysis; Summarizing critical findings/insights; Identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytics projects; Tableau or Power BI; and SQL.A little about ADP:
