The Network Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of Stefanini's customer network infrastructure. This role involves leading a team of Network Engineer I, Network Engineers II, and Sr. Network Engineer to ensure the customer network operates efficiently, securely, and reliably. The Network Team Lead will work closely with other towers, OEMs, and stakeholders to support the organization's business objectives through robust and scalable network solutions. The Network Lead will be involved in defining the process of team upskilling and will actively participate in supervising BAU activities as part of the escalation matrix.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers.Ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Coordinate with customers regularly and be accountable for the team’s delivery and performance.Participate in the new customer transition and onboarding.Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and lead efforts in resolving issues promptly.Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize network downtime.Communicate network status, issues, and changes to stakeholders effectively.

Network Design and Implementation:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of customer LAN, WAN, Network Security, and wireless networks.Ensure network architecture aligns with business needs and standardization is implemented.Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and enhancements.Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams (HLD/LLD), configurations, and SOPs.Coordinate with OEMs and participate in resolution discussions for complex cases.Implement and maintain network security policies, procedures, and standards.

Job RequirementsEducation:

B-Tech in CS/ECE/EE preferred.Valid CCIE certification is a plus.Cloud certification in AWS/AZURE/GCP is a plus.Knowledge of ITIL Processes is desired.

Experience:

11+ Years in relevant technology/domain.Managed Service Provider exposure within the service industry with multiple customer BAU/Operations handling experience is desirable.

Technological Skill Set:

SDWAN (Viptela, Meraki, etc.)Cisco ACISD-ACCESSCisco DNALoad Balancer (F5, etc.)Cisco ISEFirewall (Fire Power, Palo Alto Firewall, Panorama, Fortigate Firewall, Forti Manager, Forti Analyzer, Check Point)Cisco WLC and WirelessAruba WirelessNPM, APM, IPAM, DDI, InfobloxGood knowledge of VPN on IPSec and SSL VPN, DMVPN, and GREIn-depth knowledge of Routing Protocol (BGP, OSPF, etc.), MPLS, QoSCisco Access/Core/Stack Switch, Cisco ASR/ISR RouterExperience on Zscalar is a plusExperience in the public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plusMonitoring Tools: NPM, IPAM, DDI, Solarwinds, Nagios, PRTG, etc.API and Automation (Ansible and Python) experience is a plus.
