You'll lead a team that translates vision into strategic product roadmaps with an agile delivery approach while managing cyber, operational and/or regulatory risks.
Technology Driven
You'll partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant and scalable technology solutions. You'll make technology investment decisions by assessing opportunities for reusing Enterprise solutions or building new ones with extensibility & enterprise scalability in mind.
Integrated Problem Solving
Develop and champion a bold vision that drives meaningful outcomes by embracing the art of the possible. Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer.
Transformational Leadership
You'll influence a broad set of senior executives across the enterprise to successfully deliver on your portfolio/product vision. You'll establish a long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, to gain alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments. You'll attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their local product strategy.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. MBA or Master's degree. 8+ years of experience in Agile product management. 8+ years of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location: New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $272,600 - $311,200 for Sr. Dir, Product Management San Francisco and San Jose, California (Hybrid On-Site): $288,800 - $329,600 for Sr. Dir, Product Management This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
