Job Description

Engagement Scope:Exposure to functional areas like Core HR, Absence Mgmt and BenefitsData Migration & Integration - HCM Extracts, HDLDeveloping Payroll Interface, OTBI Reporting & Fast FormulasKnowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecturePrevious experience of implementing Oracle HCM Cloud in R8/R9/R10 (1-2 years)Strong Analytical and Communication skillsExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelPreferred:-At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesAt least 2 years of experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) / Cloud Modules implementation / integrationAt least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processQualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience with IT / OracleAdditional Information
