Transactional Associate Attorney
to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in handling various transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, business formation, and real estate deals. This role provides an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are detail-oriented and skilled in managing complex transactions while working closely with clients.Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with a variety of transactional matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Conduct due diligence and provide legal advice on complex transactions.Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop legal strategies to achieve their goals.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws in all transactions.Work closely with other attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school in Alabama.Minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional law, including business and real estate transactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.Experience with mergers and acquisitions, business law, and commercial real estate transactions.Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
