Job Summary
The Software Developer/SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) will lead day-of-deployment monitoring and participate in Go/No-Go calls to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Initial development efforts will target PBIs (Product Backlog Items) focused on improving observability, dashboarding, and overall site reliability.
As technical debt is addressed, the role will expand to include feature development, aligning with current team projects and technology advancements.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-of-deployment monitoring, contributing to Go/No-Go calls for deployment readiness.Develop solutions focused on improving observability, dashboard functionality, and site reliability.Collaborate with the team to address technical debt and ensure system stability.Take on feature development projects aligned with the team's technical direction and project goals.Utilize skills beyond development, such as cloud management, networking, and automation, to support the reliability and scalability of the systems.Required Qualifications
2-3 years of .NET development experience and a minimum of 5 years of total development experience.Proven experience with Kubernetes.Proficiency in AWS, including deployments and management.Background in development with .NET/C# and familiarity with additional tools related to cloud or DevOps engineering.Experience in at least one additional area beyond development, such as networking, cloud infrastructure (AWS), automation (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins), or performance engineering (APM tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or Sumo Logic).Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Dynatrace or Splunk for advanced monitoring and analytics.

Bachelors Degree
