Loss Mitigation Specialist

will be responsible for the below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:Assists the customer correspondence group ensuring regulatory requirements are followed and timelines are met.Reporting and tracking of all regulatory, state, presidential, and general customer complaints.Assist in determining trends and work with department leaders to determine root causes and remediation to promote positive customer experience.Communicates with exceptional verbal and written skills.Provides recommendations for procedural changes and improvements as they pertain to the department.Ensures reports are available timely and accurate for monitoring the department's daily performance to ensure that all business objectives are achieved.Specific qualifications for the position include :

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Knowledge of Basic MS Office Suite; electronic mail; internet software; database software; and loan servicing systems (such as Fidelity).Pay Rate Range : $26.50 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
