As Corporate Counsel, you will need to understand and manage the delicate balance between managing legal risk and supporting business growth. You will be ready to jump into action, working closely with senior attorneys and experience contracts negotiation managers to provide practical, strategic legal guidance to our business unit client.What you’ll do in your role:Provide legal advice to a fast moving and complex business unit, with a focus on contractual relationships with wholesale resellers.Negotiate, draft, revise and manage wholesale partner contracts and all related agreements, to include new product launches in the wholesale space.Serve as trusted advisor for internal business clients across a range of cross-functional teams.Advise on a broad range of strategic legal and business matters, providing business-practical solutions.Drive departmental initiatives, including the development or redesign of legal support processes and templates to increase efficiencies and better align to the needs of the business.The experience you’ll bring:3-5 years of experience as a corporate or transactional attorney, with top law firm and/or relevant in-house experienceJuris Doctor from an accredited universityCurrent bar membership (in good standing) in the applicable jurisdictionSuperb written and oral communication skills are requiredPREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:Impeccable attention to detail and strong sense of pride in work productKeen pragmatic business sense with solid judgment and analytical skills, including the ability to translate the needs of senior leaders into actionAptitude for identifying and communicating legal risk while balancing creative problem-solving and solution-oriented business adviceAbility to work independently and efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with ambiguous and ever-changing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to collaborate with legal and business professionals, with a variety of personalities, in a complex organizationCuriosity and ability to learn quicklyStrong organizational and prioritization skills• At least 18 years of age• Legally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel:Travel Required (Yes/No): NoDOT Regulated:DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): NoSafety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): NoBase Pay Range:

$123,200 - $222,200Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
