Position Overview:

The Senior Total Rewards Project Manager will lead department projects, ensuring timelines and tasks are met. They must have excellent communication skills fit for all levels of the organization. This role will work to align business requirements to proposed solution design, development, and testing efforts. They will establish team-wide clarity around delivery timelines, tasks, and solution quality. The Senior Total Rewards Project Manager will ensure new requests fall within the approved scope, budget, and timelines of a given project. This individual will help to identify risk areas and roadblocks and be the champion in removing or escalating those roadblocks. They will utilize appropriate project frameworks but remain flexible to meet the needs of each individual project. They will be comfortable embracing new technologies and work closely with the Human Resources department to ensure the Total Rewards team's projects are executed.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or PMP certification, required3-5 years experience in delivering projects from start to finish of varying size and complexity, required1-2 years experience in a project management software, requiredExperience in people management or change management of teams of 10 or greater, preferredExperience in working in human resources, preferredExperience working in a Matrix-style environment, preferredLocation Requirement:

This role is located in the Greater Phoenix area. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Lead technical and functional projects with cross-functional teams:

Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deliverables meet DB budgets, timelines, and scopesProvide updates and effective communication between stakeholders while managing DB expectations and ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycleManage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking project costs, and ensuring that projects are resourced appropriately to deliver on time and within budgetEnsure compliance with organizational policies and standards, including security and data privacy requirementsCoordinate project testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities, ensuring successful project delivery and that lessons learned are applied to future projectsSupport and coordinate project team members, internally and externally:

Develop and deliver presentations to key stakeholders as neededParticipate in the strategic planning activities for the assigned areaHold and/or attend regular project status meetings, vendor presentations, and teleconferences associated with assigned projectsDevelop strong partnerships and work with peer levels of management to resolve resource conflictsNegotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring that contract terms and conditions are fair, clear, and enforceable and that vendors are held accountable for meeting their contractual obligationsIdentify, track, escalate, and resolve issues to minimize risk:

In-Office Environment:

Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptionsMust be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings

Office Conditions:

Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to air conditioning, heating, artificial lighting, and varying noise levelsMobility : Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches. Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 poundsHearing Requirements:

$118,689.79
