Job Description:
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to event coordination, content creation, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing & Campaign Management:
Partner with internal teams to understand products and messaging needs.
Create and execute campaigns, including newsletters and drip sequences, and monitor key performance indicators like open and click-through rates.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack and the corporate website.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and work to enhance online presence through SEO and analytics.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with graphic designers to create branded materials such as brochures, logos, and social media content.
Support the company’s LinkedIn content, ensuring it aligns with branding goals.
Event Coordination & Promotion:
Coordinate logistics for webinars and webcasts.
Oversee the creation of promotional items for events and campaigns.
Collaboration & Project Management:
Work cross-departmentally to ensure projects meet deadlines and marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly.
Regularly report progress to the VP of Marketing and collaborate on strategic company communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years in marketing with exposure to email marketing, digital content creation, event promotion, and collaborative project management.
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, and knowledge of marketing automation software.
Additional Details:
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (flexibility available after 90 days).
