Technical Business Analyst

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:Support resource for data migration and conversion activities;Documenting business processes and requirements around data conversion approaches;Translate requirements into functional and technical designs, including implementing stories and process flows;Recommend eliminating, retaining, or enhancing business processes and documenting those results.Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are

mandatory :

Four (4) years experience in data migration, cleansing and conversion projects;Three (3) years experience in data analysis using SQL queries to assist with the technical design effort, data cleansing effort and resolution of bugs/defects;Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs;Ability to create complex SQL queries.Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

Experience with Corrections processes;Ability to understand complex business problems;Understanding of data conversion challenges and troubleshoot issues;Understanding of the underlying technical architecture and legacy systems;

Understanding of database platforms and database design.
