This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications and systems.Manage OS and BIOS settings as well as imaging processes for new Windows devices (SCCM and Intune).Oversee the upgrade process for Windows, including pre-cache and upgrade task sequences. Ensure all necessary content, such as OS upgrade packages and drivers, is downloaded before the upgrade begins.Develop and maintain task sequences for Windows, incorporating the latest security patches and software updates.Provide support for updating various applications, ensuring compatibility with the company's systems.Participate in vulnerability management within the Technology Advancement Group.Handle failures and troubleshoot issues during the upgrade and application management processes.Work closely with other teams to coordinate upgrades and application management.Provide escalation support for assigned applications/roles via multiple channels and participate in on-call rotation.About You:Associate’s degree in vocational or technical degree related to information technology or equivalent experience, required.4-7 years of experience in applications engineering.Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, required.Proven experience in application engineering, system upgrades, and digital engineering.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Workstyle:
Fully onsite.We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits.
