About this roleAs a Senior/Staff Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the development and scaling of our core investigation platform, as well as new products that will be crucial in automating compliance workflows. You're eager to talk to customers, scope solutions to ambiguous problems, and emphasize shipping value (not just code).
We're looking for "Super ICs"; people who love to build, know best practices, and are in love with the craft of building/architecting elegant solutions. They should be in a high-slope phase of their career where they are eager to learn, try new things, and tackle ambitious problems.
What we look for:
4 - 8 years of experience in fullstack engineering, with experience building 0-1.
Clear history of impact in previous roles/projects.
Experience with our tech stack (NextJS, Node, Postgres, Typescript, Supabase), or demonstrated ability to jump between different languages.
Experience in or open to working with customers to develop the product.
Experience or strong interest in architecting systems from 0-1.
Excited to work in-office with our team in San Francisco.
Experience working in a high-growth, seed-Series B startup, or in a startup-like environment.
Nice to haves:
Experience with data modeling and migrating schemas.
CS degree or similar from a top school.
Tech stack we use:

Compensation$140k - $190k base + equity + benefits (see below)
