Job Summary:

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components into a final product according to specifications and blueprints. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with other team members to maintain production efficiency and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble metal components into finished products based on detailed blueprints

Use a variety of hand tools and power tools

Work with other team members to meet production schedule

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards

Record assembly work completed and report any discrepancies or issues to the production manager

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in assembly or manufacturing is a plus

Minimum of 1 year of experience in "hands on" assembly of components or equivalent experience in construction, maintenance or repair

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions

Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques is helpful

Ability to perform precise and accurate work with attention to detail

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Familiarity with safety procedures and practices in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor.

Capability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
