As the VP of Demand Generation, you’ll lead the charge in crafting and executing the company’s growth strategies. You’ll shape and lead a team to execute bold demand initiatives across our website, digital channels, and campaigns with the goal of elevating our brand presence and ensuring measurable growth in new business pipeline and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:
Craft and Execute High-Impact Growth StrategiesDesign and launch a robust demand generation engine, driving scalable growth across digital and campaign channels.Partner across marketing and cross-functionally (Sales, Product, and Customer Success) to align on growth goals and create a seamless customer journey from first touch to loyal advocate.Oversee integrated campaigns delivery, including all digital channels.Drive customer marketing strategy from communication and engagement, through advocacy and expansion campaigns.Constantly optimize channels and campaigns for impact and efficiency, tracking metrics that matter—from MQLs and pipeline growth to customer acquisition costs.Master the Metrics That Move Us ForwardSet KPIs, track performance, and use data to drive insights, identify opportunities, and validate strategies.Provide executive-level reporting and guidance for continuously refining the market strategy.Manage Budget and Build PartnershipsDevelop and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.Oversee relationships across departments, contractors, and technology providers, ensuring alignment with strategy and brand objectives.Inspire, mentor, and scale a team of savvy digital and campaign marketers who are as driven as you are to create something remarkable.Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation and data-informed decisions to continually push the limits of what’s possible.Requirements:
10+ years of performance-driven marketing experience, with a track record of growth in B2B tech environments.At least 5 years of experience in managing and scaling high-performing marketing teams.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).Strong collaborator and easy to work with across time-zones.Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.Self-starter with the ability to drive change across an organization.For employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City, and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $230,000-$275,000.
