Our client is seeking an IT PC Technician to join their team. As an IT PC Technician, you will be part of the IT Customer Services Team supporting employees at both locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills, both remotely and in-person, excellent oral communication skills, and excellent customer service skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Assist with Help Desk, hardware/software installations, interact with customers, understand, diagnose, and troubleshoot their technical problems, and various other technical special projects as assigned.Support employees at both locations.Perform hardware and software installations.Develop PC images.Conduct Helpdesk phone support.What's Needed?
Excellent troubleshooting skills, both remotely and in-person.Excellent oral communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to work well with technical and non-technical users.What's in it for me?
