We have an immediate opening in our Modesto facility for a bright, energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This person will work closely with our Sales, Design, Prepress and Planning departments with exposure to our entire operation.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for internal departments as well as customers directly to ensure they receive innovating, high-quality packaging on schedule.Maintain strong attention to detail while prioritizing and coordinating multiple duties with competing deadlines and frequent interruptions.Dedicated support to the sales team, helping execute tasks such as providing quotes, finalizing specifications, booking orders, coordinating artwork approvals and scheduling deliveries for a seamless manufacturing process and outstanding customer experience.Be willing to adapt to everchanging processes and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills/Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience working within an ERP or similar business system.Managing scheduled priorities and comfortable with pivoting daily activities at a moments notice to service our customers with strong written, verbal, organizational, interpersonal, and telephone skills.Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize and simultaneously coordinate multiple duties often with competing deadlines and frequent interruptions.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree required, however relevant Project Management experience in the packaging industry will be considered in lieu of degree.Experience as an Associate Project Manager or equivalent experience required.Two years administrative experience required.One year of customer service experience required.
