LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our client located in Brentwood, TN. This is a full time, on-site opportunity. If you're interested, please apply now.

Compensation:
$60,000-$70,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Intercept incoming/outgoing USPS mail.
Work closely with the facilities team to address and resolve various office maintenance issues.
Stocking of supplies, snacks, and beverages in break room.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Help with marketing projects and event planning, contributing to the successful execution of campaigns and company events.
Assist with new hire onboarding process.
Collaborate with IT vendors to resolve issues and ensure service delivery meets organizational needs.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
Assist with data entry tasks and maintain database.
Support staff with tasks such as receipt gathering and expense reports
Upload contacts and manage contact lists in Outlook or similar software
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay Details:
