Umpqua Bank takes a relationship-based approach to recruitment and the Talent Acquisition Partner incorporates this philosophy into every interaction with candidates and hiring leaders. The Talent Acquisition Partner will source, screen, and submit candidates for consideration, solicit and provide timely feedback, and deliver a full-service experience for hiring leaders, while consistently managing between 30 and 50 requisitions, and simultaneously meeting (or exceeding) service level commitments.About You:You are self-motivated and take initiative with an entrepreneurial spirit, you are driven to deliver results, and you are obsessed with both candidate and hiring manager experience! You have a natural tendency to build relationships with candidates, advise and partner with hiring managers, and collaborate with your talent acquisition peers. You are highly skilled in the areas of sourcing, talent assessment, and are capable of leveraging technological resources to attract, discover, and present a diverse slate of candidates for each and every successful search.Your background includes at least five years of full-cycle corporate talent acquisition experience, preferably within Banking & Financial Services, and you have an undergraduate degree. You preferably reside within Oregon’s Portland metro area or Washington’s Seattle-Tacoma metro region.About the Benefits:This exempt role offers an attractive total compensation package, health benefits for you and all eligible dependents, paid time off for vacation, illness, holidays, and volunteerism too. The pay range for the role is $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 and the pay rate for the selected candidates is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
