Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps projects with a focus on Sales, Customer Service or Field Service, preferably for Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Healthcare & Life Sciences or Financial Services industries.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Expertise:
Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules – Sales, Customer Service or Field Service.
Experience with Power Apps – Canvas and Model-driven, and Power Automate.
Understand client needs and create pre-sales solution maps.
Work with practice leadership to create scope of work documents, configure prototypes for demonstrations and work with offshore team members to build solutions.
Collaborate with solution architects to create estimation worksheets and assist practice leadership to create solution documentation.
Business Process Analysis:
Conduct detailed business process analysis to understand client requirements and identify areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet client needs.
Develop and deliver training programs to end-users to ensure effective adoption of the solution.
Solution Design and Configuration:
Configure Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps modules according to best practices and client requirements.
Customize workflows, Power Automate Flows, reports, and dashboards to enhance system functionality and provide valuable insights.
Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Collaborate with technical teams to address system performance issues and implement enhancements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant serving international clients.
Scrum certifications or experience working in an Agile development environment with knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Two Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, PL-100, PL-200, PL-600) preferred.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
