The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for assisting in the delivery of facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager accomplishes department objectives by developing recruitment strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Talent Acquisition Manager will have skills in sourcing, negotiating salaries, interviewing, and networking. They will have a strong knowledge of clinical functions and will work closely with hiring managers, other human resource staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure that the talent acquisition practice meets the organization’s needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Regional TA Manager.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources required.Master’s degree preferred.At least 1 year of healthcare experience required.1-3 years of recruitment preferred.Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs required.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confidentiality, and time management skills required.Ability to excel in a fast-paced and team environment.Driven and goal-oriented, results-focused, and high achiever.Experience with ATS systems required.Understanding and familiarity with recruitment budgets.Analyzing data and preparing reports.
