As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at MGA Homecare, you'll have the opportunity to serve a diverse pediatric population with speech/communication, language, hearing, voice, and feeding/swallowing deficits.

Sign-on Bonus (details upon application) Referral Bonus for bringing talented professionals to our team. Competitive Compensation ranging from $67,200 to $176,800 annually. Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and caseload volume. The bottom range indicates little to no experience at typical starting rates, reaching full-time status at 20 visits completed weekly. The top range indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing the full-time minimum requirement of 20 visits completed weekly. Full-Time and part-time positions available. Provide skilled speech therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21). Evaluate, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs. Instruct and counsel patients and families. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited therapy program Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) Active state licensure Current Colorado Speech Language Pathology License is required.
