We are looking for Business Advisory Consultants at several experience levels to join our National Strategic Advisory Services (SAS) team. You will contribute to the growth and development of our Business Advisory practice, focusing on areas such as strategic planning, organizational design/operating models, organizational change management, communications, training, project/program management, and business process improvement. As an experienced, hands-on consultant, you will help drive business transformation initiatives across diverse private and public sector clients. You bring a background in consulting or management consulting, with at least five years of relevant experience. We offer the flexibility of remote or hybrid work and you will report to SAS team leadership. You Will: Assess client organizations' systems and processes to design tailored solutions in areas including strategy development, organizational change management, target operating models, project/program management, and business process improvement. Lead strategic planning sessions, aligning executive teams around a unified mission, vision, and strategy. Design, develop, and implement impactful client solutions. Create and execute improvement plans customized to each client's environment. Mentor clients, manage projects independently, collaborate as a team member, and lead teams of consultants or clients to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and manage measurement systems to evaluate the effectiveness, utilization, and proficiency of project efforts. Help design and deliver training for client staff to ensure effective adoption of new processes and procedures. General Qualifications: Experience in strategic planning, organizational change management, project management, process improvement, organizational design, and/or operating models. Prior experience in a consulting or management consulting role within a project-based, client-facing environment, ideally across both private and public sectors. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Experience navigating and succeeding in ambiguous environments. Skills in applying structured approaches and methodologies to project work. Experience developing practical, targeted project strategies and action plans to address client concerns. Business Advisory Consultant:
5+ years of progressive consulting experience. Salary for this level is in the range of $90,000-$120,000+. Senior Business Advisory Consultant:
10+ years of progressive consulting experience. Salary for this level is the range of $135,000-$175,000+. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
