We're looking for a Hardware Asset Analyst II to join our ever-evolving Service Asset and Configuration Management team to help us unleash the potential of every business. About the team The SACM (Service Asset and Configuration Management) and SPM (Service Portfolio Management) teams are globally accountable for ensuring accuracy about business services and their underlying service assets. This includes CMDB Management, Software & Hardware Asset Management, and Service Portfolio Management. You will be part of a small team providing Service Asset Management globally for all Worldpay service assets. What you'll own The Hardware Asset Analyst II is responsible for the lifecycle management of Worldpay's IT equipment, ensuring optimal utilization, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Track and manages asset data. Assist with asset user access and permissions. Handle incoming requests for the asset database. Assists senior analysts with asset data population. Creates basic reports on assets. Performs basic asset audits and inventory control. Analyzes asset data to identify trends and potential issues. Maintains data integrity and adherence to CMDB and asset standards. Assists with asset valuation and depreciation calculations. Prepares asset reports and presentations. Where you'll own it While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person What you bring 3+ years of experience with hardware asset management. 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong data management and organizational skills. Knowledge of hardware asset management principles. Familiarity with computers and technology. Understands how to use ITSM methodologies, eg: ITIL and Agile. Knowledge of hardware asset lifecycle management principles. Strong organizational skills and data analysis proficiency. Knowledge of IT hardware and software. Experience with hardware asset tracking systems a plus. Added bonus if you have Extra experience with ServiceNow, specifically the licensing, asset, and CMDB spaces. Experience with databases and table structures.
