engage with clients to help them understand their organization and crystallize their goals.
You’ll
need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s
objectives
and vision
and understand how changes will
impact
business processes
and IT systems
.
You’ll
support the client with the relevant approach or deliverable that may include
data collection and analysis,
needs assessment, requirements analysis or definition,
change management plan,
