First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Specialist II to join our Wealth Management Service Center – ASD team. This position provides general administrative and clerical support to all levels of employees in the Wealth Management Group. Primary responsibilities involve administration of and interaction with governing committees and subcommittees, managing reports and meeting materials.
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $17.90 - $24.81/hr; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3 years of experience in office administration required.
Strong knowledge of wealth management (personal trust, institutional trust, custody and agency administration) and other related bank products and services preferred.
Ability to verbally communicate effectively with individuals and in a group setting.
Ability to draft and edit reports or correspondence in proper form.
Ability to meet deadlines, establish and maintain priorities and work under time constraints with interruptions.
Ability to assimilate and understand information.
Ability to manage detailed information with accuracy.
Ability to use judgment and discretion regarding confidential information are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment is critical.
Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and to meet strict deadlines on daily basis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently.
