Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the successful individual will serve as a TA partner to Gilead’s business hiring leaders. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact in our new talent acquisition model while being part of a historically significant company that is making a difference to the lives of millions of people around the world.Specific Job Requirements:Integral member of the US Talent Acquisition Team.Successfully manage a substantial volume of requisitions across multiple functional areas concurrently.Expert in delivering full life cycle recruitment across a broad range of functional areas and job families, from sourcing to hiring.Proven ability to thrive in a process-driven environment, utilizing a structured, efficient recruitment strategy.Skilled in leveraging a diverse array of sourcing platforms to identify and engage high-quality talent.Committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion at every stage of the recruitment process.Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to align on job specifications and develop a well-rounded slate of candidates.Deliver transparent, timely feedback and communication to candidates.Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers to provide progress updates.Accountable for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruiting efficiency and quality.Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:HS Diploma/GED with 9+ years OR an AA/AS degree with 7+ years OR a BS/BA degree with 5+ years OR a MA/MS degree with 3+ years of experience recruiting in biopharmaceutical industry.Experience successfully recruiting in cross functional matrixed corporate environment.Experience managing high-volume in-house recruiting delivery within a large organization is highly desired.Direct knowledge of HR functional disciplines.Ability to quickly establish credibility with diverse audiences and deliver results.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Must be willing to work onsite at a Gilead Office 3 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) unless the successful candidate is categorized as remote.As an equal opportunity employer, Gilead Sciences Inc. is committed to a diverse workforce.
