Position Overview:
Crossflow is seeking an ERP Common Services Principal to join the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Common Services (CS). ERP Common Services is responsible for establishing, integrating, and ERP applications. ERP CS supports the deployment of the Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay System (AFIPPS-ACAT I), Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS-ACAT I) and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Initiative (MROi-BCAT II). This position supports AFLCMC/GBE.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced individual. The ERP Common Services Architect Principal shall have responsibilities to perform work that involves the analysis, planning, design, implementation, documentation, assessment, and management of the enterprise structural framework to align IT strategy, plans, and systems with the mission, goals, structure, and processes of the organization. Functions required to be performed in this specialty may include:
Develop and maintain relationships with DISA, Cloud One, Oracle, Cloud Service Providers and other key vendors;
Determining the gaps between the current and the target architecture and recommending plans for transitioning to target architecture;
Identifying opportunities to improve enterprise-level systems to support business processes and utilize emerging technologies;
Educate customers and stakeholders on the use and value of the enterprise architecture and services by developing key relationships with mission partners and identifying opportunities to promote service offerings;
Identify opportunities for mission partners to consume service offerings delivered by system implementer;
Provide enterprise architecture guidance, support, and coordination to customers and IT project teams to the following areas: DISA, Cloud service providers, specifically Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle hardware / SuperCluster, Oracle Database, Applications, Middleware (OIAM, SOA, OSB, OEM, BI) DevSecOps, Dev Tools, Test Tools, Networking, F5 (Big IP), and other enterprise grade software systems;
Analysis and implementation of DoD Cyber requirements such as RMF;
Documenting the enterprise architecture infrastructure including the business units and key processes, using modeling techniques;
Ensuring technical integration is achieved across the enterprise and mission partners by participating in test planning, validation, and reviews;
Evaluating the impact of enterprise architecture products and services on IT investments, business operations, stakeholder satisfaction, and other outcomes;
Coordinating and conducting governance and portfolio management activities associated with ensuring compliance with the enterprise architecture and/or ensuring the rigorous application of information security/cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices to all components of the enterprise architecture;
Review and assist in leading architecture and design in 'move out' to FedRAMP and DOD SRG approved Cloud environments, specifically Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, but may also include DISA, AWS, Azure and other Cloud Service Providers;
Assist in the establishment of a DISA Cloud Access Point (CAP) and cloud inter-connects;
Help to optimize customer and developer quality of life;
Recommending the policies and principles to guide technology decisions for the enterprise architecture.
Job Requirements
Advanced Degree (MA/MS) in Computer Science, Information Technology or other Engineering Discipline and 5 years of experience, 3 of which must be in or support of the DoD; or,
BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other Engineering Discipline and 7 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 4 of which must be in the DoD; or,
15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoD;
Minimum 3 yrs. experience developing, deploying or maintaining operational cloud (OCI, AWS and/or Azure) environments with an emphasis on federal or DoD systems (GovCloud, Cloud One);
Cloud Certification preferred, relevant to position, product(s) supported;
CompTIA Security + Certification
U.S. Citizenship Required for this Position: Yes
