Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Architect needed w/Bachelors degree or Foreign Equivalent in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Information Systems and five (5) years experience as Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Architect or Software Engineer performing following job duties or Masters Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Information Systems and one (1) year experience as Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Architect or Software Engineer performing following job duties: Analyze customer business requirements, document Test Plan and Test Strategy. Formalize Testing Approach by documenting types of testing to be performed. Draft functional and performance related Test Cases based on Requirement Specifications. Identify and segregate workflows in Salesforce into Smoke, Sanity and Regression Test Cases that are executed in every sprint. Represent QA in CAB meetings for change requests and perform an impact assessment on change from QA perspective. Identify repetitive and critical path Test Cases for QA Automation. Create a Test Automation Framework from scratch using Selenium Webdriver with Java for automating smoke, sanity and regression testing. Tailor a TestNG framework using Page Object Model and Page Factory. Configure Azure DevOps to fit automation framework in CI/CD pipeline. Administer QA sign off on daily builds using automation framework before deployment to lower QA environments for functional testing by manual QA. Triage defects with all relevant stakeholders for effective resolution and closure. Perform QA estimation on User Stories for sprints. Co-ordinate the offshore QA team by delegating test cases for manual testing and review automation scripts before scheduling them for nightly runs. Review Functional test cases from offshore teams, give feedback for improvement and address gaps in test coverage. Work with the QA team to write robust test cases, increase test coverage and build a dynamic automation framework.
