Oversee the end-to-end management of the e-commerce website, including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions.Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and overall revenue growth.Monitor website performance, ensuring optimal user experience, fast loading times, and mobile responsiveness.Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, SEO, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, AOV (average order value), and customer lifetime value (CLV), to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.Collaborate with design and development teams to implement A/B tests, improve site functionality, and develop high-converting landing pages.Ensure product information, descriptions, and visuals are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).Lead customer acquisition efforts, including managing loyalty programs, referral marketing, and retargeting campaigns.Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure efficient order processing, shipping, and delivery.Stay current on e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within a DTC or e-commerce brand.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).Proven track record of developing and implementing successful e-commerce strategies that drive sales growth.Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.Experience managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for e-commerce websites.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage external vendors.Preferred Skills:

Experience with headless commerce architectures.Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).Knowledge of subscription-based models and recurring revenue strategies.Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles and testing methodologies.Working with DTCjob.com
