Responsibilities

Data Strategy Structures solutions from vague challenges Considered a "thought leader" nationally for strategic insight and ability to apply insights to multiple client situations (core client work, BD, etc.) Considered an SME in multiple areas by clients and internal teams and has breadth of knowledge across other data domains to recommend appropriate strategic ideas Drives internal and external stakeholder alignment to drive strategy and meet specific business objectives of multiple clients Leads execution of different work tracks with confidence Instrumentation Planning and Implementation

Champion of innovative ways to drive data science and analytics value across multiple stakeholders Accurately assesses opportunities to bolster client capabilities, and drives alignment with stakeholders for process improvements to maximize data capabilities

Digital Behavior Tracking

Direct creation of SDR, Tagging Strategy, conceptualize and manage relevant design structure for analytics and tag manager configuration Provide consultancy to senior clients in the value of data instrumentation and optimization, demonstrating ROI on analytics investments to clients Ability to direct audit of existing analytics and optimization current state to challenge current blockers and remain relevant within an evolving data landscape Direct road mapping exercises for futuristic ecosystem driven by data and also elicit client wins on the way for regular value generation and feedback

Data Instrumentation

Lead client understanding and demonstrate the value generated from activating data Instrumentation work through insight effectiveness through a more robust data set Able to elicit the current state of data ecosystem, able to conceptualize and elicit future state of data driven ecosystem, identify gaps and break down steps to overcome it Prioritize the use cases to achieve further efficiencies with activation of data platforms Oversee multiple testing and optimization programs

Communication Skills Anticipate and react to internal client needs based a strong foundation of collaboration Commands client and other external audiences, showcasing expertise and elevating discussions depending on need Tailors presentations to C-level executives and general audience members as needed Lead diverse types of work sessions, client meetings, or BD discussions with less structured agendas, helping others take on leadership positions to support the overall business objective Effectively communicates the value of the Data organization to internal stakeholders Drives external communications and public relations (speaking/writing etc.) Effectively communicates Data offerings and value to partners and practices Client Engagement Is a visible presence to senior external clients and is a trusted advisor to mid-level client management Can frame the key issues facing the client and develops recommended approaches Takes ownership of gaining new business partnerships Leads the development of large client strategic agenda Tracks and demonstrates value generated by the data team Focuses on increasing share and profitability of a client’s business Proactively engages senior client team to inform them of industry and client-specific strategic issues Is sought out by all clients as expert on industry and client-specific strategic issues Understands key levers to improve client business, including networking / visibility of clients Tools & Techniques Expertise in wide variety of data tools and platforms and provides recommendations to cross-capability teams Lead client and business development engagements across many analytics platform TMS and Optimization projects Able to work with vendors and direct them in improving their vision, services, and products Able to expand upon data team offerings by collaborating with vendors

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in the data instrumentation field Experience with data platform tools and methods to be used for website/app/ad campaign research, site testing and targeting, and/or display ad targeting Experience using tag management systems This extremely detail-oriented person will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of data platform deployment in support of business objectives: ensuring data is collected accurately to build a robust data set from which insights and analysis will be based. Required Skills JavaScript, jQuery, CSS and HTML skills, and able to be a leader in this area of expertise Expert level understanding of multiple analytics, testing and optimization and data management and customer data platforms Strong understanding of and history implementing tag management systems and integrations between tools An expert level grasp of advertising, marketing and strategic brand management and how to best leverage these in a digital environment Experience presenting in front of groups, to clients, and via web conference in a clear and concise manner Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams required The ability to successfully manage multiple internal and external initiatives/projects in a deadline-driven environment Desired Skills History of working with new business teams on requests for proposal/information and presenting analytics documentation demonstrating agency skillsets. Experience in creating case studies, point of view documents or white papers in line with your job function in analytics. Work with internal team to continually streamline processes and find efficiencies in the day-to-day work processes done by the data platforms team. Experience working on testing, targeting and personalization projects with both targeting and optimization tools and data management or customer data platforms. Ability to manage/execute vendor assessments for clients

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
