Centura Wealth Advisory is looking for an Executive Assistant reporting directly to the CEO, Derek Myron.As Executive Assistant, your primary objective will be to maximize the CEO’s time through efficiency while ensuring seamless coordination across all daily activities.This highly visible role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who can anticipate the needs of the CEO, manage a dynamic schedule, and prioritize and execute on multiple tasks and projects with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate must be based in the San Diego area.Roles and Responsibilities:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, professionalism & poise, a proactive mindset, and be adaptable & resilient. This position requires an individual with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel, to prepare reports, manage data, and create high-quality presentations & documentation.Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Meeting Management
Calendar business meetings & personal appointments for the CEOCoordinate the CEO’s complex and full schedule, ensuring efficient time management
Documentation & Reporting
Frequent use of Microsoft Excel to develop, maintain, and analyze data reports for the CEOPrepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets with accuracy & attention to detail
Communication Management
Act as the main point of contact for the CEOManage email correspondence, both inbound & outboundHandle phone calls & email inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Meeting Preparation & Follow-up
Create meeting agendas & deliverables as neededEnsure follow-up action items are properly captured with appropriate deadlines noted
Project & Task Support
Support strategic projects across the firm by conducting research or preparing reportsProvide support with personal errands for the CEO as needed
Travel Coordination
Arrange domestic & international travel – flight itineraries, accommodations, rental cars, and all other logistics to ensure seamless travel plans for the CEO
Stakeholder Liaison
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, aiming to handle inquiries without the CEO’s input/involvement
Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality, exercising sound judgment and integrity, all while upholding Centura’s Core Values
Required Qualifications:
Experience
5+ Years of experience in an Executive support role, ideally within the financial services or a similar industry
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Financial Services, or a related field preferred
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas) to create and manage data-driven reportsStrong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint for high-quality document and presentation preparationExperience using Salesforce or other CRM, preferredExperience using Asana or other project management software, preferred

Excellent interpersonal relationship skills required, as the ideal candidate will be communicating frequently with Senior Leaders and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) ClientsStrong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing demands, work independently, and handle shifting priorities
